Realism in earthy and blue colors. City lights, windows, corridors, water and people painted from behind. Lots of contrasts and playing with shadows. 

It seems like he has grounded the canvases with black and then painted over it. Leaving some of the black to shine through. A very intriguing technique. 

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised to see how good it all was! The exhibition is coherent yet not boring and I was amazed to find out what a production he has. 50 or more realistic paintings per year, that´s insane!

The exhibition is open today between 12-16 and Tuesday-Sunday next week.
