Doing my best to cover it, not to reveal too much. Third layer of color, so far so good. Got into a roll before. Then my damn cell phone got me caught for a while...:) I really want to finish this layer before I go to sleep tonight though...zzzzzzzzzzz

Some reading on the train Örebro-Krhamn about art museums in Stockholm. Haven't been to Artipelag, will add it to my to-do-list :) Article from the magazine Kupe. This is one of my favorite places on the island. This beach club has such a good vibe. Relaxed during daytime, great food and good music at night. They are famous for their Sunday sessions but it was so crowded when we went there last Sunday. & a pic from Blue Marlin from 2011:
The abstract painters were convinced the world would be a better place with art. At least it is true for my own happiness. Above all, vivid colors have a great impact on my well being. I am also a person very sensitive to music. A sad song can make me feel blue and a happy one obviously makes me happy. Still working on my mini-trials. Going over to the big canvas tonight. You only need 4 hours of sleep right...
As promised, here's my new hair color. It is still a little yellow at some places but it will disappear with silver shampoo. Have to fix my eye brows too, to match the hair. Didn't want to go this blonde from the beginning, it wont look natural when it grows. Also, my hair will begin to break after a while. Will deal with that problem later :)
Captain Erikson :D I used SPF 50 the first time, and SPF 30 the second. You cannot tell at all that I've been abroad! I am still as white as snow, but honestly I value taking care of my skin instead of damaging it and maybe getting cancer. Fav moments, jumping off the boat close to the beach of Formentera! I should have brought my googles though, can't believe I forgot them. & a photo from Formentera from 2011. Who wants to go with me next year? :)
This post is for those who love interior design. This store is the shit! Here you'll find the hottest designed furniture with modern, Asian and African influences. You also find contemporary art and sculptures. What about a lounge area with violet light? Look what a big black and white abstract painting can do for a room! The artwork made of wood to the left is quite stunning too and it reminds me of the Arte Povera movement. Or can I tempt you with the crispy white couch below :) All pictures come from the home page of the store.
I get so motivated by meeting people who have designed a life full of life quality and accomplishments. I am no super human, I see myself as quite average ich, but watching these human beings I realize how much more I could accomplish myself. I really can raise the bar not just a little but quite a lot. It is really nice to be around people with ambitions. No matter if it is the ambition to study, make wonderful art, do business or sports. I seek balance and harmony in my life, but also challenges and adventures for both my brain and my body. I've spent the last days with business men with great discipline; who do Moroccan dessert bike tours, Iron Man etc, and still are able to make a career out of what they love and do well. (It must be said they don't sleep many hours a day though).
As a small step on the way I'll work on becoming more efficient and disciplined in my everyday life. Maybe run a little longer, aim a little higher and paint a whole lot more. We went to Formentera two times during the trip. White sand and turquoise water - the Caribbean of Europe..:) Outside the beach restaurant el Pirata: & a photo from Formentera from last year: Today the only painting I've done is to color my hair again. It got kind of yellowish before I left Sweden but I decided to let it be during the vacation. Now I'm so light blonde, haven't had this color in years. Ill snap a photo of it tomorrow! I'm honestly so in love with this magic island. I stayed at the villa belonging to a friend of a friend overviewing Cala Jondal and Blue Marlin. Here you see "my" room and the pool. The pool also has a water fall you can turn on if you like. I've listened to the best music. Cala Bassa has a CD with Sebastian Gamboa remixes, it's amazing. Do anyone know how to get hold of that one? One of the songs I love from him is the one below. We listened to it in the villa, the car, and at the restaurant/club Lío where he played last Friday. About Lío, it is one of the most hip places on the island. They have a cabaret and it is so hard to get a dinner table to be able to see it, but we were really lucky to get one :) The food was exquisite, and the cheese cake for desert is a must (the ice-cream on the photo isn't bad either). I arrived my home town at about 0230-0300 last night. Today I've been doing some grocery shopping, a 9km run (my body was begging me), I've celebrated my sister's birthday with presents from Victoria's Secret and I still have some unpacking to do. I have lots of more photos to show you tomorrow :)
