Something I feel is very important is to support each other! We should inspire and learn from each other, show our appreciation and be happy for others when they do well. By the years Ive become confident enough to see that, instead of being jelous when others succeed I applaud them :)
When it comes to art, I want to highlight and recommend artists at all levels - both in my own city like Magdalena Andersson and international renowned ones like Eloy Morales. I choose not to see others who paint as competition, instead we can push each other to make great art and hopefully make more people interested in art and maybe "lift" the whole cultural sector.

Now, what if I recommend another artist and people rather want to see that person's art work? Well, not everyone will like what I do anyways. And hopefully, other artists will make a shout out for me sometimes. In that way people can choose something that lines up with their own personal preferences. Also, to give another example; the fact that Eva likes white clothes doesnt exclude that she likes clothes with stripes too. She can have many different pieces of clothing in her wardrobe and visit many different stores when she goes shopping. If Eva and all her friends get more interested in clothes in general, it will lift the whole clothing industry.
The only thing I can do is to make sure to believe in what I am doing.
