Last time I went to London I visited a very inspiring temporary Pop Art exhibition at Tate Modern with artworks of Hirst, Warhol and Haring to name a few. My goal is to be able to squeeze in at least one exhibition when I go back there in a couple of weeks. Googling around I found Sensational Butterflies at the National History Museum. You are able to stroll freely in the museum amongst all kinds of butterflies and caterpillars. I imagine it being a very colorful and harmonious experience. It is kind of funny to see that the picture www.visitlondon.com has chosen to illustrate the exhibition looks like some sort of blue morpho. Since I've painted one I would love to see them in reality.
I am still working on it (or to be more honest, I've put it aside for a while) and I know the photo is baaad, sorry for that!
