I've been on the go since I came last evening, but I'll give you a little update :) Finding my way to the place where I was going to stay I got help from a very nice young Greek, he walked me all the way; helpful people over here=great start! Then I met up with an old classmate and we went to her friend's artist studio to hang out and drink some wine. It was a very nice workplace for painting, with 5 meter to the roof and daylight entering from above (I'll put that on my wish list). After midnight we went to Shoreditch House to have some late dinner (nice food and fast service, but someone in your company has to be a member to enter).
Today we've been to the National History Museum to watch the butterfly exhibition. I have some gorgeous photos from there and I'll post some of them later. Iv'e also had the chance to stroll down Brick Lane, and it is full of small charming shops, curry places and graffiti.

I've seen a lot more really good graffiti, some you just want to rip off the wall and bring with you home.
