Unless the one who ordered the portrait wants any alterations I call it done! 3 thin layers of acrylic and 3 additional layers of oil later...
I love her little freckles and lines. Since the overall contrast in the picture is quite low, the portrait would look much flatter without those little details. Just compare to one of the first layers below.
I've very much enjoyed working on this - and I see why whoever gave you those eyes just had to take them back. <3
