When I meet new people, one of the things I automatically look for is if I can see traces of "their soul" in their eyes. The scariest thing is when I don't. People like that make me feel uneasy. I've figured those people are often unsure about themselves and they've hidden their true selves behind very thick layers of /jealousy/white lies/trying to be something they're not. It makes them unpredictable, and they often hurt others along the way. Have you ever gotten that feeling from a person while looking into their eyes? Do you stay away from people like that or do you try to help them peel off those thick layers?
This is one of the postcards I designed for Postales desde el Limbo in 2002. We are all part of the same world. Made from the same particles. And even though we sometimes feel like we are so very different from each other - we are all one. You are in the world and the world is in you.
Lots of scattered philosophic thoughts this Friday night! Have a nice weekend everyone :)
